- All reports are live, with up to the second results
- "Re-market by Results" from any report - create subscriber groupings to target with future campaigns
- Summarised Report for each Email Campaign showing number of:
- Recipients (total and Unique)
- Opens (total and unique)
- Click Throughs (total and unique)
- Online views of the message
- Bounces
- Forwards
- Detailed reports showing:
- Who opened each email and how many times
- Which links in the email were most popular, and who clicked on each one
- Who forwarded the email
- Which addresses bounced
- Viral Marketing Report showing:
- Number of generations
- Opens and click throughs at each generation
- Forward rate at each generation
- Subscriber Reports showing:
- Subscribes
- Unsubscribes
- Segmentation of subscribers into groups
- Ownership of subscribers by sales representatives
- Survey Reports showing:
- Number of responses
- List of people that responded
- People that responded more than one
- People that did not respond
- Graph responses for each question
- Group responses by one or two of the questions (ie. View all results for questions 1 to 4 grouped by Department, then Management Level).
- Group two or more questions into combined reports. For example, if questions 1-3 all measure Training Relevance, view a combined report of all of the answers to those three questions.

- Filter any report to show results:
- between certain dates
- where the person responded to a particular question in a particular way (ie. show me all surveys where the person answered "Yes" to question 5)
- Export all results
